About the role
- Lead and execute various HR focused projects for a variety of clients
- Integrate into the HR team of clients to provide hands-on support in key operations
- Think strategically while delivering tactically
- Help clients create a positive, productive, and engaging workplace
- Play a role in securing the continuity and efficiency of clients’ HR Operations
- Projects may include Recruitment, Learning & Development, Payroll, HR Business Partnering, etc.
Requirements
- A Master degree
- 1-3 years of relevant HR experience in the field
- Strong business acumen
- Entrepreneurial spirit
- Strategic thinker with a passion for HR
- Excellent written and verbal communication in Dutch and French
- Fluent in English
