About the role
- Lead global or domestic client service teams to execute FAAS solutions
- Manage and develop people; lead a team of Assistant Managers and Seniors
- Demonstrate a good understanding of accounting concepts and apply this knowledge
- Conduct FAAS team performance reviews and contribute to team performance
- Manage business and clients and support growth initiatives
Requirements
- 6–10 years of post–qualification experience in assurance or finance controllership roles
- Chartered Accountant (CA), CPA (US) or ACCA (UK)
- Transaction accounting and reporting expertise – IPO’s, SPACs, Carve Outs, etc.
- GAAP conversions and implementation of new accounting standards
- Drafting and designing accounting policies
- Technical accounting research and advisory
