About the role

  • Work closely with leaders within your client portfolio and provide strategic support
  • Partner with key stakeholders to manage and execute people initiatives and processes.
  • Leverage data, insights and thought leadership for quality conversations
  • Work closely with the wider Talent team and Centres of Excellence
  • Be the first escalation point of contact for high-risk employee relations matters.

Requirements

  • Proven HR Professional/Business partner experience supporting a corporate professional client base.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
  • Robust commercial acumen, HR reporting and analytics experience.
  • Knowledge and confidence to challenge leaders
  • Experience working in a complex matrix environment (ideal).
  • Ability to thrive in an agile environment.
