About the role
- Work closely with leaders within your client portfolio and provide strategic support
- Partner with key stakeholders to manage and execute people initiatives and processes.
- Leverage data, insights and thought leadership for quality conversations
- Work closely with the wider Talent team and Centres of Excellence
- Be the first escalation point of contact for high-risk employee relations matters.
Requirements
- Proven HR Professional/Business partner experience supporting a corporate professional client base.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Robust commercial acumen, HR reporting and analytics experience.
- Knowledge and confidence to challenge leaders
- Experience working in a complex matrix environment (ideal).
- Ability to thrive in an agile environment.
