About the role
- Collaborate with Senior Managers and the Partners to execute a FAAS strategy
- Support the planning, budgeting, execution and delivery of the engagements
- Contribute actively in the FAAS engagement team to understand and respond to the client's needs
- Execute FAAS solutions using Global service delivery framework
- Identify engagement and client service issues
- Apply independent and objective professional judgment in applying accounting standards
- Support the development and management of relationships with clients
- Participate in development of proposals related to offerings
Requirements
- Chartered Accountant (CA), CPA (US) or ACCA (UK)
- 5-8 years in Assurance including at least 2-3 years of Financial Accounting and Advisory experience
- MBA degree is a plus
- Good understanding of IFRS/US/UK GAAP and International auditing standards
- GAAP conversions and implementation of new accounting standards
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to interface with all levels of management
