About the role
- Play an active role in transactions: Dive deep into companies and analyze complex corporate transactions across a wide range of clients—from dynamic startups to established multinational corporations.
- Develop solutions for our clients: Throughout the project lifecycle, advise clients on valuation to establish robust value constructs for transactions—acting as the central point of contact and driving innovative solutions together with your team.
- Provide decision-ready analyses: Prepare Fairness Opinions for corporate transactions, applying national and international standards.
- Demonstrate analytics expertise: Build and review financial models for various purposes such as M&A transactions, PPP projects, and restructurings—you’ll not only support modeling but also contribute creative ideas to further develop our approaches.
- Lead teams to success: Act as both an advisor and a mentor for colleagues; through coaching and support you actively contribute to your team’s development and help create an inspiring, collaborative work environment.
Requirements
- Completed degree in economics or a related field—whether Finance, Accounting, Controlling, or general Business Administration, the important thing is a solid economic foundation.
- Approximately 5 years of professional experience in areas such as M&A, valuation, or financial modeling—or in environments where you learned to understand complex financial data; initial leadership experience in small teams or projects is a plus but not required.
- Commitment, team spirit, and flexibility—you have a consulting mindset, enjoy project-based work, and thrive in interdisciplinary teams and dynamic situations.
- Strong communication skills, confident workshop moderation, and the ability to motivate people—this comes naturally to you and you enjoy it.
- Excellent German & English—these language skills equip you well for the role.
