About the role

  • Managing end to end Customer Service & Technical Support for a large program
  • Provide responsive and effective customer service
  • Knowledge of best practices for handling queries and resolving issues
  • Align technical solutions with customer needs
  • Act as a primary support contact for the firm
  • Manage implementation of purchased data and related services
  • Handle actual implementation of acquired data and work with APIs for ESG and AI data pipelines
  • Manage both technical and physical aspects of data onboarding
  • Commit to expanding knowledge base on vendor products and services

Requirements

  • Overall - 9 to 12 years of experience
  • Graduate – Bachelor’s degree – Any discipline
  • Experience of Managing end-2-end projects.
  • Minimum 9+ years of corporate experience with at least 4+ years of Project Management Experience in financial management framework
  • Willingness to adjust responsibilities to align with developing business needs
  • Flexible to Support various Global time zone depending on the need
  • Ideally, you’ll also have Knowledge in Project Management tools
  • Expert in MS Project/Word/PowerPoint/Excel - working knowledge of MS office
  • Experience in PowerApps will be an added advantage
