About the role
- Managing end to end Customer Service & Technical Support for a large program
- Provide responsive and effective customer service
- Knowledge of best practices for handling queries and resolving issues
- Align technical solutions with customer needs
- Act as a primary support contact for the firm
- Manage implementation of purchased data and related services
- Handle actual implementation of acquired data and work with APIs for ESG and AI data pipelines
- Manage both technical and physical aspects of data onboarding
- Commit to expanding knowledge base on vendor products and services
Requirements
- Overall - 9 to 12 years of experience
- Graduate – Bachelor’s degree – Any discipline
- Experience of Managing end-2-end projects.
- Minimum 9+ years of corporate experience with at least 4+ years of Project Management Experience in financial management framework
- Willingness to adjust responsibilities to align with developing business needs
- Flexible to Support various Global time zone depending on the need
- Ideally, you’ll also have Knowledge in Project Management tools
- Expert in MS Project/Word/PowerPoint/Excel - working knowledge of MS office
- Experience in PowerApps will be an added advantage
