Requirements

  • PG Diploma in Human Resource Management
  • Bachelor’s/Masters degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in Human Resources
  • Strong understanding of job boards (e.g., LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in using ATS and other recruitment software
  • Strong analytical skills to assess candidate qualifications and sourcing effectiveness.
  • Proven experience as a sourcer or recruiter, preferably in the tech industry.
