About the role
- Join the in-house HR Business Partnering team at EY as an HR Generalist
- Responsible for all BaU metrics and overall operations
- Oversee responsibility of core SL functions
- Manage the complete employee life cycle for employees in Bangalore
- Work back with Leadership on strategic planning, talent management, employee engagement, and other key HR initiatives
Requirements
- MBA in HR from a premium B-school
- 12+ years of experience in HR Business Partnering
- Ability to work in a collaborative manner
- Practical approach to solving issues and complex problems
