About the role

  • Lead the implementation of supply chain modules in Dynamics 365 F&O, including procurement, inventory, warehouse, and transportation management.
  • Conduct workshops to gather business requirements, identify pain points, and propose solutions.
  • Design and oversee integrations between Dynamics 365 F&O and third-party systems.
  • Manage the supply chain workstream throughout the project lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, build, testing, and deployment.
  • Prepare and maintain functional documentation, including process flows, configuration guides, and training materials.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of hands-on experience implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O with a strong focus on supply chain modules.
  • Proven expertise in modules such as inventory management, procurement, warehouse management, and transportation management.
  • Demonstrated experience with system integrations, including working with APIs, OData, and Azure Logic Apps.
  • In-depth understanding of supply chain processes, KPIs, and industry best practices.
  • Familiarity with data migration techniques and the Data Management Framework (DMF).
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a strong attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders.
