About the role
- Support pricing and commercial decision-making by analyzing deal economics, discounting scenarios, and value-based concessions.
- Maintain and apply pricing and discounting frameworks to balance competitiveness, revenue growth, and margin objectives.
- Provide structured recommendations on pricing exceptions and non-standard commercial terms.
- Support the end-to-end deal review and approval process, ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant execution.
- Partner with Sales to structure custom and non-standard deals, including bundled offerings, multi-year agreements, and bespoke commercial terms.
- Coordinate closely with Legal and Finance to support contract workflows, approvals, and execution.
- Track contract milestones, non-standard terms, and key commercial obligations.
- Support analysis of renewal performance, pricing changes, and upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
- Maintain accurate reporting for renewals, amendments, and extensions.
- Build and maintain reporting on deal activity, pricing trends, approval volumes, turnaround times, and exception usage.
- Support ad hoc analyses and executive-ready materials for Sales Operations and Revenue Leadership.
- Identify patterns and insights to inform future pricing strategies and commercial guidelines.
- Ensure Salesforce and related systems accurately reflect pricing, approvals, contract terms, and renewal data.
- Support continuous improvement of commercial workflows, documentation, and reporting.
- Improve data quality and scalability of deal-related processes.
Requirements
- 3–6+ years of experience in Commercial Analytics, Pricing, Sales Operations, Deal Support, or Finance.
- Strong analytical skills with comfort modeling deal scenarios and interpreting financial impact.
- Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, and Legal.
- Proficiency in Excel/Sheets and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deals simultaneously.
