About the role

  • Develop the partner territory plan
  • Collaborate on strategic account plans to drive incremental business
  • Identify & address gaps in the coverage plan for the India market
  • Develop and implement joint business plans with partners to grow revenue
  • Coordinate contract negotiations with partners
  • Assist in developing partner’s sales planning, revenue planning/forecasting, and marketing initiatives
  • Help direct field participation with the partner community

Requirements

  • Business-related degree or related experience
  • 10 years of sales/channel experience in the data centre/cloud and storage networking arena
  • Proven track record in collaborative development of strategic account plans
  • Strong creative nature with ideas for alternate promotion, program, seminars, exhibition or other sales/marketing tools
  • Demonstrated ability to produce high-quality results working self-sufficiently and independently
  • A strong network of established relationships within the local partner landscape
  • Exceptional communication & negotiation skills towards managing director, sales and account management level
  • Ability to operate in a matrix environment by influencing regional direct touch teams and leadership
