• Daily monitoring and engaging within social agency, with continuous optimization and recommendations.
• Conduct ongoing competitive intelligence analysis. Ongoing analysis of social data and metrics; issuing weekly, monthly and yearly reports and executing appropriate strategies and recommendations for improvement.
• Creating benchmarks and forecasts by campaign.
• Trouble-shooting issues when they arise, seeking the best solution for the client.
• Act as point of brand contact during site outage issues if they occur.

• Drive the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the eCommerce platform and websites
• Conduct market, competitor, and user research to identify opportunities and inform decision-making
• Convert strategy into clear product increments, requirements, and acceptance criteria
