About the role
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business problems and define the key analytical questions
- Extract, clean, and organize data from various internal and external sources, ensuring high data quality and consistency
- Analyze data using different analysis techniques (descriptive, diagnostic and predictive analysis) and build ad-hoc analysis (Excel, Python, SQL) or dashboards (Tableau)
- Present findings by sharing 360 views on business problems with impactful data storytelling, contextualization and recommendation on next steps
- Monitor and report on performance metrics, identifying trends and areas for optimization to improve the business's ability to meet its targets
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience working within Business Intelligence or Analytics/ Insights team
- Strong knowledge of SQL for extracting and cleaning data
- Experience with developing dashboards in Tableau (preferred) or Power BI
- Excellent data storytelling skills with the ability to communicate insights to business
- Experience within Marketing Acquisition (traffic acquisition incl. affiliates and paid media, web analytics)
- Ability to work independently with business stakeholders in ambiguous environments, demonstrating strong business acumen and comfort with uncertainty
