• Own the end-to-end sales function and help define what "great sales" looks like at Passage
• Partner closely with the CEO and marketing to shape our overall go-to-market strategy, priorities, and roadmap
• Build the foundation for a scalable sales org — process, tools, CRM hygiene, forecasting, and ways of working
• Help define the future structure of the sales team and hire, onboard, and develop reps over time
• Stay close to the most important deals, providing coaching and support that improves win rates and helps the team close business
• Own revenue targets, pipeline generation, and accurate forecasting
• Manage the funnel rigorously — diagnosing where deals stall and helping the team improve performance
• Build the repeatable sales motion — playbooks, onboarding, and enablement that help reps ramp and deals move faster

Customer Success Manager

• Own the end-to-end client onboarding process for a portfolio of customers, ensuring timely and seamless transitions, and proactively guiding clients through challenges
• Build and maintain strong relationships with many different client stakeholders, acting as their trusted advisor and point of contact.
• Monitor engagement, drive adoption, and proactively solve issues to ensure long-term success.
• Gather valuable insights and feedback from clients to help shape product enhancements, acting as the customer’s voice within our team.
• Partner with Sales, Product, and Support teams to deliver a seamless and delightful client experience.

Sales Development Rep

• Own top-of-funnel outreach by making a high volume of cold calls and sending personalized emails daily to prospective customers
• Research and identify potential customers through internet searches, industry databases, and social media platforms
• Generate new qualified opportunities by proactively reaching out to clinics, providers, and decision-makers
• Represent Passage Health at industry conferences and events, which may include occasional travel
• Collaborate closely with Account Executives to build a strong pipeline and refine outreach strategies
• Log all activities and insights in our CRM to track engagement, optimize performance, and inform forecasting
