About the role

  • Oversee strategic clients across the Emerging Vertical with the goal of managing existing revenue retention, renewals, upsells, and cross-sells
  • Add to the pipeline of the Emerging Vertical by researching and understanding the trends of the Emerging Vertical
  • Prospect both within current accounts and new logos
  • Partner with your Customer Success counterpart to ensure business continuity and client expectations are met
  • Anticipate client needs and industry trends to determine how to bundle products and build solutions to meet client requirements to expand their relationship with Experian
  • Oversee GTM and cross-sell strategies across your existing book of business to achieve overall growth and success within the Emerging Vertical
  • Help provide voice of customer and client feedback to company partners to help grow Experian's products and solutions
  • Be your client's go-to expert across the Emerging Vertical
  • Manage your existing pipeline within Salesforce to maintain 99% accuracy at all time.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 5 years' experience selling enterprise identity, audience, measurement, and analytics solutions to clients in the Emerging Vertical
  • Experience selling enterprise solutions with a combination of SaaS or DaaS commercial models and deal sizes exceeding mid six-figures to seven-figures annually
  • Experience managing portfolio of revenue between $5M - $50M+ annually
  • Existing client relationships across the Emerging Vertical
  • Experience meeting revenue targets in prior sales roles
  • Experience building a pipeline, managing a book of business of 7 figures plus
  • Customer service, organizational and project management skills
  • Ability to travel – approx. 40% of time.
