About the role

  • Assist with credit-related memberships, services, and product offerings; and advocate for solutions that will provide reassurance and peace of mind to our members regarding their credit information.
  • Help members understand the value in their memberships, what benefits they have and how to use them.
  • Effectively handle escalated customer issues.
  • Receive customer requests for assistance, identifies support needed, and provides assistance or forwards request to appropriate functional area for handling.
  • Adjust to variations in products.
  • Ability to understand standard operational procedures for all new partners being onboarded.

Requirements

  • 6 months to 1 year of Inbound call handling experience (Required)
  • High School Diploma (Required)
  • Excellent English written and oral communications skills (Required)
  • Keep performance on a occupied environment (80% Occupancy)
  • Pays close attention to the small aspects of a task or situation
  • Experience handling support requests from a variety of different channels
  • Arrange and manage tasks, time, and resources
  • Interpret information to understand complex problems or situations
