About the role
- Assist with credit-related memberships, services, and product offerings; and advocate for solutions that will provide reassurance and peace of mind to our members regarding their credit information.
- Help members understand the value in their memberships, what benefits they have and how to use them.
- Effectively handle escalated customer issues.
- Receive customer requests for assistance, identifies support needed, and provides assistance or forwards request to appropriate functional area for handling.
- Adjust to variations in products.
- Ability to understand standard operational procedures for all new partners being onboarded.
Requirements
- 6 months to 1 year of Inbound call handling experience (Required)
- High School Diploma (Required)
- Excellent English written and oral communications skills (Required)
- Keep performance on a occupied environment (80% Occupancy)
- Pays close attention to the small aspects of a task or situation
- Experience handling support requests from a variety of different channels
- Arrange and manage tasks, time, and resources
- Interpret information to understand complex problems or situations
- Problem-solving skills
- PC/internet skill's to make fast and accurate decisions.
