About the role
- The Analytics/Performance Manager is a trusted advisor to Dealer and Agency clients
- Expert in automotive marketing and the Experian Marketing Engine solution
- Work with EME clients to execute their marketing plans and programs
- Partner with clients on marketing strategies, data analysis, and audience creation
- Exceed expectations from servicing our partners to collaborating with internal teams
- Onboard new clients and ensure they are comfortable and excited about moving forward with Experian
- Collaborate with clients to determine the best way to use EME to achieve performance targets
- Complete monthly data review calls with customers to review analytics, performance, insights, and strategy
- Responsible for daily dealer relationship management and service
- Identify trends at the macro and micro level using insights to inform client decisions
- Promote alignment across Sales, Product, Engineering, Support, and Marketing teams
- Deliver ongoing training, develop resources, documentation, and playbooks
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or relevant work experience
- 5+ years working with digital marketing in Sales, Marketing, or Customer Service, in an Automotive retail or agency environment
- Comfortable presenting in front of large groups of high-level executives and decision makers
- Experience as a client advocate, making strategic suggestions based on multi-point data
- Knowledge of digital marketing best practices
- SEO knowledge and familiarity with SEM management and research tools
- Experience translating data into clear insights and presenting them to audiences to inform strategic decisions
