Manage project accounting activities including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
Prepare and review monthly project financial reports and variance analyses.
Ensure compliance with corporate accounting policies and client contract requirements.
Collaborate with project managers to monitor financial performance and resolve discrepancies.
Process invoices, track billings, and manage accounts receivable for assigned projects.
Support internal audits and assist with year-end financial processes.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
3–5 years of experience in project accounting or financial management, preferably in engineering or construction.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and project cost control.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (Deltek or similar preferred).
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
CPA designation or working toward CPA is an asset.
