Translate strategies into actionable and quantitative plans, effective strategy cascades, and drive execution through ongoing performance management.
Collaborate with IMU and SGU business leaders to ensure departmental/unit strategic planning projects reflect organizational strategic priorities.
Facilitate and drive key strategic initiatives from inception through execution.
Implement governance processes for the EXL corporate organic investment portfolio, including criteria and standards for prioritizing, approving, advancing and commercializing investments.
Develop enabling activities to generate stronger investments, develop solution management competency, and accelerate realization of investment goals.
Collaborate with the International innovation leader.
Execute business portfolio management to maximize return on invested capital by improving portfolio balance and alignment with strategic objectives.
Mobilize and manage teams charged with executing strategies, providing appropriate project management support.
Act as a resource across the organization to increase cohesion of strategic plans.

MBA or equivalent experience.
10 years of experience in the primary markets, clients, solutions and services of EXL (insurance, healthcare, banking, data, analytics, AI, and domain operations).
Exposure to corporate functions including portfolio management, organic investment strategies, strategy execution, solution/product management and IP management.
Leading through influence skills.
Direct experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, portfolio/program management, and/or product management (desirable).
Demonstrated experience building deep internal and external partnerships and executive presence.
Experience with corporate investment portfolio management and solution commercialization processes and best practices.
Broad functional knowledge within the sector and ability to analyze business plans relative to market-wide issues and pain-points.
Demonstrated ability to work in a multicultural global environment.
