We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Lead to drive aggressive growth for our Memory Product portfolio in the Industrial, Medical, and Automotive sectors.
This role is for a hunter – a leader who thrives on identifying and winning new business opportunities, breaking revenue ceilings, and expanding market share.
Develop and execute bold growth strategies, lead a high-performing team, and ensure our memory products remain competitive and profitable in evolving markets.
Lead, mentor, and inspire the Business Development team to achieve ambitious growth targets.
Develop and implement a clear business growth plan targeting IMA sector opportunities.
Align sales and market strategies with company objectives and evolving industry trends.
Identify, pursue, and secure new customers and partnerships in target markets.
Drive expansion into untapped regions, industries, and strategic accounts.
Negotiate and close high-value deals, ensuring profitability and long-term relationships.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities and adapt strategies accordingly.
Expand business within existing accounts through cross-selling and upselling initiatives.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
Track and report on sales pipelines, conversion rates, and revenue performance and present regular business reviews to senior management.
Requirements
Proven track record of driving significant revenue growth in the Industrial, Medical, or Automotive sectors.
Hunter mentality – relentless in identifying and capturing new business opportunities.
Familiarity with the memory market and experience in the relevant industry will be a strong advantage.
Minimum 8 years’ experience in business development, sales leadership, or key account management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Strong understanding of product lifecycle management and ability to position mature products competitively.
Demonstrated ability to develop and execute business plans and go-to-market strategies.
Excellent negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire a team to meet aggressive targets.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred.
