Interact with AM for reporting performance and escalation handling; Manager for unresolved issues and performance evaluation; SME for process issues and QCA for performance feedback and audits
Requirements
Minimum Graduation
Bachelor's Degree
Knowledge of P&C Insurance underwriting
Ability to process transactions as per SLAs and documented desktop procedures
Ensure assigned targets in accordance with SLA are met
Ensure transaction quality is compliant with predefined parameters
Ability to work within strict deadlines and meet process metrics and customer satisfaction measures
Strong orientation towards Process Improvement; participation in AIM
Flexible to work in rotating / flexible 24*7 shifts to cover extended hours of operational requirements
Primary internal interactions with AM, Manager, Subject Matter Expert, and QCA
