Be actively part of global SAP Applications Management (AMS) projects
Solve incident and change requests in the client's ticketing tool
Provide application support under the SAP platform; troubleshoot and resolve issues & requests within targeted SLA
Act as point of contact to analyze and fix application and system issues, ensuring SAP services are available and reliable to meet business expectations
Manage incidents, service requests, problems and change requests reported by users and follow-up promptly for closure
Work closely with different teams to ensure issues and requests are addressed in time
Requirements
Min 3 years of consultancy experience
AMS experience is nice to have
Professionals looking for a Support environment
Knowledge in using support tools like JIRA, Service Now etc.
Work Permit in Türkiye
Excellent level in English
SAP certification will be an advantage
