About the role
- Work as a Business Analyst within an agile team in the banking or financial sector
- Analyze and document restructuring and resolution cases of overdue loans
- Participate in projects involving the sale of loan portfolios (Retail & SME NPLs)
- Quickly become familiar with core and peripheral banking systems
- Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to define requirements
- Use Excel efficiently for data analysis, reporting, and validation
- Ensure accurate understanding of Retail loans (e.g., housing, consumer) and Corporate loans (e.g., SMEs, large corporations)
- Participate in backlog grooming, sprint planning, and review sessions
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst or in a related role
- Experience in banking or financial institutions
- Knowledge of overdue loan restructuring processes
- Familiarity with the sale of loan portfolios (Retail & SME NPLs)
- Strong understanding of banking systems and loan products (Retail & Corporate)
- Experience working in Agile teams
- Proficiency in English and advanced use of Excel
