About the role
- Identify creators, YouTubers, TikTokers, bloggers, review sites, niche media
- Build structured outreach lists
- Contact them daily
- Pitch products with clarity and value
- Follow up relentlessly
- Negotiate partnerships (paid, gifted, affiliate, hybrid)
- Ship products, provide briefs, ensure publishing
- Track content performance (views, CTR, conversions, Amazon lift)
- Document what worked and what didn’t
- Double down on successful partnerships or niches
- Systematize outreach
- Build processes
- Scale budgets in that segment
Requirements
- Previous experience with influencers, affiliates, or creator outreach
- Ability to negotiate deals and manage collaborations
- Strong communication skills
- Proven ability to stay organized in high-volume outreach roles
- Ability to assess creator/channel quality and avoid wasting time
- Comfort with tracking performance and understanding basic ROI
