Account Executive

• Take charge of the entire sales process for your market, from identifying new business opportunities to sealing game-changing deals.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with both operational and executive stakeholders, positioning yourself as a trusted partner.
• Develop and deliver strategic sales plan and route to market planning for specific markets.
• Help develop tactical pricing guidelines with marketing to systemise pricing and manage negotiations with Customers.
• Primary responsibility for customer data systems in the company for specific customers - including making sure customer master data and orders are accurately and timely entered into the ERP systems.
• Build customer revenue from existing products with B2B Direct, Distributor and OEM channels whilst supporting the development of new products on the basis of customer feedback and Technology/Product development plans.
• Prepare/monitor budgets and control expenses within agreed budgets.
• Integrate on key touch points to progress the company’s vision “Enhancing Society” and mission “Graphene Technology Enabling More from Less”.
• Play a pivotal role in achieving ambitious sales goals that drive both the client’s and their customers’ success.
• Represent the client as a thought leader and brand ambassador at major industry events, conferences, and during strategic customer engagements.
• Negotiate powerful partnerships that benefit both the client and customers, all while paving the way for a greener, more sustainable future.
• Continuously innovate and refine service offerings, leveraging customer insights and your own strategic vision to stay ahead of the curve.

Account Executive, Italian Speaking

Account Executive, German-Speaking

• Generate new business through outbound outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn)
• Qualify leads and manage all Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs)
• Tailor sales messaging to customer needs across industrial and manufacturing sectors
• Close deals and consistently achieve sales quotas
• Conduct online product demonstrations or presentations where needed
• Research accounts and identify key decision-makers within distributors, wholesalers, and end-users
• Maintain accurate CRM records (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
• Collaborate closely with client stakeholders and internal teams

Inside Sales Executive, German Speaking

Business Development Rep

• Identify new business opportunities and generate sales-qualified leads
• Execute multi-channel outreach activities, including phone calls, emails and LinkedIn messages
• Manage initial customer relationships and ensure qualified appointments
• Maintain internal CRM processes (Salesforce), including logging activities, updating account details, market feedback and lead qualification information
• Measure and document daily sales activities and performance
• Collaborate closely with Enterprise Sales and/or Inside Sales teams
• Learn, use and help shape our lead qualification and sales processes
• Meet or exceed monthly quotas for qualified leads to ensure pipeline targets are met

Business Development Executive, German

• Manage and own the full sales process: from opportunity stage through proposal, negotiation, contract and handover.
• Engage with decision‑makers in construction, warehousing or industrial asset organisations who are considering a shift to electric alternatives.
• Present and articulate the value proposition of the electric‑drivetrain equipment: zero emissions, low noise, robust build, cost savings, environmental benefits.
• Work with internal teams (lead generation, product specialists, operations) to ensure smooth deal execution.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and forecast pipeline progress.
• Hit defined sales targets; performance‑based variable remuneration.
