About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • As a Lead Generation Executive, you'll be responsible for identifying prospective customers, reaching out to senior decision-makers, and booking qualified meetings for our clients' sales teams.
  • Your success will be measured by the quality and volume of meetings you generate, making you a key part of the sales process.
  • Prospect and identify potential customers within target markets.
  • Engage decision-makers through outbound phone calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Qualify prospects against agreed criteria and book meetings for our clients' sales teams.
  • Generate a consistent pipeline of qualified appointments through proactive outbound activity.
  • Maintain accurate records of all prospect interactions and meeting bookings in Salesforce.
  • Work closely with Account Executives and Sales Consultants to ensure a smooth handover of booked meetings.
  • Build positive first impressions and represent our clients professionally.
  • Meet and exceed monthly KPIs for outbound activity, qualified meetings, and pipeline generation.
  • Share feedback and market insights to help improve campaigns and lead generation strategies.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Confidence speaking to senior decision-makers over the phone.
  • Resilient, self-motivated, and target-driven.
  • Organised with strong attention to detail.
  • Experience in outbound calling, lead generation, appointment setting, or telesales is beneficial but not essential.
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Able to work 18.75 hours each week
  • Experience in working with the UK market
