About the role
- Instrumental in designing and delivering scalable, efficient solutions that streamline procurement processes
- Work closely with stakeholders across procurement, IT, and finance to align technical solutions with business goals
Requirements
- Deep expertise in ServiceNow, particularly in Procurement and Source-to-Pay domain
- Lead the design and architecture of ServiceNow solutions within the Procurement module
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders
- Develop solution blueprints, technical specifications, and integration strategies
- Ensure alignment with ServiceNow best practices and enterprise architecture standards
- Oversee the implementation and configuration of ServiceNow procurement workflows
- Guide development teams, review code/designs, and ensure solutions meet quality standards
- Support data migration and system integrations with ERP , like SAP and Oracle
- Conduct system reviews and recommend improvements for performance, security, and scalability
