About the role

  • Keep our customers’ EHS solutions running at their best.
  • Support the day-to-day administration and maintenance of our applications, troubleshoot issues, and configure solutions to fit customer needs.
  • Collaborate with both clients and internal teams to optimise performance, ensure smooth functionality, and deliver an outstanding experience throughout the customer journey.
  • Collaborate directly with customers to provide tailored solutions based on their needs.
  • Work closely with Customer Success Manager / Customer Development Manager teams to ensure the customer is getting what has been agreed.
  • Communicate technical concepts clearly to customers, ensuring their understanding and satisfaction.
  • Optimise existing solutions to enhance customer success.
  • Set up and customizing analytical reports to meet customer requirements.
  • Balance independent work with team collaboration to achieve the best results.
  • Manage and prioritise customer concerns and escalate them when necessary to ensure resolution.

Requirements

  • Experience in SQL & Java
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • A highly analytical mindset to solve complex problems.
  • Proven technical expertise in relevant areas.
  • A strong ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Confidence to ask questions and seek guidance when needed to ensure the best outcomes for our customers.
