About the role
- Lead an AMS team and oversee multiple customer projects
- Manage the Customer Care team as the central point of contact for multiple project managers and customers
- Customer management: ensure SLAs are met and handle escalation management
- Change request management
- Resource planning for projects
- Support in the sales process for AMS projects
- Define and ensure adherence to process standards
- Lead and coordinate the international support project team
- 2nd-level support for SAP end users across multiple countries
- 3rd-level support for SAP standard modules, custom enhancements, and upgrades
- Promote the development of project managers and junior team members
Requirements
- Completed vocational training or a degree in business administration or a technical field
- Professional experience in SAP logistics (e.g., SAP Enterprise Asset Management)
- Excellent German and English skills
- Strong team and communication skills; ability to influence and convince customers
- High level of initiative and ability to work independently
- Strong quality awareness
