About the role
- You act as the manager of our Customer Care team and serve as the central point of contact for multiple project managers and our clients
- Client management: ensuring SLAs and escalation management, change request management
- Resource planning for the projects
- Support in the sales process for AMS projects (effort estimation, proposal preparation)
- Define and ensure adherence to process standards
- Lead and coordinate the international support project team
- 2nd-level support for SAP users in multiple countries (ticket-based)
- 3rd-level support for SAP standard modules (Enterprise Asset Management), customizations and upgrades
- Foster the growth of project managers and the junior team
Requirements
- Completed vocational training or degree in business administration or a technical discipline
- Professional experience in SAP logistics (e.g., SAP Enterprise Asset Management)
- Excellent German and English skills for collaboration within our international team
- Enjoy working in a team, are communicative, and can convince customers with your enthusiasm
- Strong initiative and ability to work independently
- High level of quality awareness
