About the role

  • Hire, onboard, and retain a team of high-performing Dedicated Advisors.
  • Lead a diverse team by identifying skill gaps, coaching effectively, and driving quarterly goals centered on retention and owner growth.
  • Manage a book of business with a focus on retention, portfolio expansion, and strategic owner engagement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with top owners across regions, serving as an escalation point and trusted partner.
  • Review and optimize cadences, workflows, and tools to improve team efficiency and owner outcomes.
  • Measure team and individual performance using Salesforce, Salesloft, Tableau, and other analytics tools.
  • Leverage a wide range of resources to increase owner retention and drive revenue for Evolve.
  • Capture owner and employee feedback to inform future product, service, and process improvements.
  • Conduct regular 1:1s, performance evaluations, and development conversations to support professional growth.
  • Provide ongoing training and skill-building opportunities to elevate team capabilities.
  • Drive revenue growth through upsells, cross-sells, and new business opportunities within accounts.
  • Analyze account performance metrics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to clients, offering insights and solutions that enhance their long-term success.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience leading or coaching account managers (experience in sales, onboarding, customer service, or support preferred).
  • Strong strategic thinking with a solution-oriented, problem-solving mindset.
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Excellent communication skills with a track record of effective cross-team collaboration.
  • Skilled in performance management and fostering professional growth.
  • Deep understanding of client relationship management, retention strategies, and revenue-driving levers.
  • Expertise in strategic planning to meet client needs and achieve revenue goals.
  • Strong ability to manage escalations and navigate high-stakes client situations.
  • High emotional intelligence with an ability to read team dynamics and client needs.
  • Ability to identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills with internal and external partners.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience maximizing team performance.
  • Preferred: Experience in travel, hospitality, or real estate industries.
