About the role
- Analyze and report on key People metrics, including diversity, turnover, and recruitment data, identifying trends and providing actionable recommendations to People and Leadership teams.
- Support the development and maintenance of People insights dashboards to inform data-driven decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with internal, company, and regulatory reporting requirements.
- Support the administration of People systems such as Betterworks (engagement surveys, performance reviews, goal setting) and integrations with Rippling.
- Maintain accurate teammate profiles in HR systems, ensuring data integrity and alignment across platforms.
- Maintain and update People team SOPs and process documentation to ensure consistency and compliance.
- Manage key operational processes including onboarding, offboarding, and employment verifications, ensuring a positive and compliant experience for all employees.
- Assist with general People team inquiries via internal chat and email, providing timely and accurate support.
- Support the design and implementation of company-wide People programs (e.g., performance management, goal setting, engagement, recognition) to ensure alignment with business priorities and culture.
- Partner with the People Operations leader to evaluate and enhance key lifecycle processes (onboarding, development, mobility, offboarding), ensuring efficiency and scalability.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in People Operations, HR analytics, or a similar HR support role.
- Proficiency with HR systems such as Rippling, Betterworks, Greenhouse, or comparable platforms.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into insights and recommendations.
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and adapt to shifting business needs.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to collaborate effectively across teams and levels.
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with professionalism.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace; experience with reporting and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau) is a plus.
- Working knowledge of HR compliance best practices.
