About the role

  • Analyze and report on key People metrics, including diversity, turnover, and recruitment data, identifying trends and providing actionable recommendations to People and Leadership teams.
  • Support the development and maintenance of People insights dashboards to inform data-driven decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with internal, company, and regulatory reporting requirements.
  • Support the administration of People systems such as Betterworks (engagement surveys, performance reviews, goal setting) and integrations with Rippling.
  • Maintain accurate teammate profiles in HR systems, ensuring data integrity and alignment across platforms.
  • Maintain and update People team SOPs and process documentation to ensure consistency and compliance.
  • Manage key operational processes including onboarding, offboarding, and employment verifications, ensuring a positive and compliant experience for all employees.
  • Assist with general People team inquiries via internal chat and email, providing timely and accurate support.
  • Support the design and implementation of company-wide People programs (e.g., performance management, goal setting, engagement, recognition) to ensure alignment with business priorities and culture.
  • Partner with the People Operations leader to evaluate and enhance key lifecycle processes (onboarding, development, mobility, offboarding), ensuring efficiency and scalability.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in People Operations, HR analytics, or a similar HR support role.
  • Proficiency with HR systems such as Rippling, Betterworks, Greenhouse, or comparable platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into insights and recommendations.
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and adapt to shifting business needs.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to collaborate effectively across teams and levels.
  • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with professionalism.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace; experience with reporting and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau) is a plus.
  • Working knowledge of HR compliance best practices.
