General Counsel

• Lead the drafting, negotiation, and execution of sophisticated commercial agreements, including payor, pharmaceutical manufacturer, PBM, vendor, and services agreements.
• Own and manage Evio’s regulatory licensure and reporting requirements.
• Support compliance program activities, including policy development and review, teammate training, and monitoring and audit initiatives.
• Take end-to-end ownership of assigned matters, managing them as projects from intake through closeout, while driving timelines, coordinating stakeholders, and maintaining clear communication.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to business and operations teams, translating legal and regulatory risk into practical, business-focused guidance.
• Identify recurring legal and contracting issues and develop scalable frameworks, templates, and playbooks to improve efficiency and consistency.
• Apply healthcare regulatory expertise to commercial decision-making and evolving business models.
• Partner with leadership on strategic initiatives and new market opportunities.

Corporate Counsel, Healthcare Contracts, Regulatory Compliance

Growth Marketing

• Develop and execute a growth strategy for Evio Access product portfolio, including pipeline development, prospect prioritization, and opportunity development
• Lead design of creative deal structures with pharma for medications that Evio payer customers are seeking access to, focusing on value-based agreements and direct purchase models (non-rebate arrangements)
• Refine Evio Access offerings based on market and payer/pharma feedback, identifying solution gaps and informing product roadmap
• Manage deal cycle from origination to closure, incorporating input from various cross-functional teams, including legal and operations
• Serve as a key external representative for Evio Access at industry meetings, conferences, and with pharma and payer customers, including some live and virtual Evio board interactions
• Create and drive ideas and activity relentlessly and independently, embracing the adventure of our ever-changing environment
• Partner with and mentor 2-3 internal commercial teammates, ensuring execution discipline and deal progression
• Be willing to travel up to 25% (with high variability) based on meeting requirements and business needs; however, significant amount of deal creation and negotiation can be done virtually

Head of Pharma Growth

Operations

• Conduct a comprehensive audit of current growth operations (prospect research, pitch decks, deal stages, handoffs, NDA/pricing flows, etc.).
• Deliver a prioritized roadmap that separates quick wins from longer-term investments.
• Triage and remove the highest-impact operational pain points.
• Design and operationalize playbooks to enable prospect research, discovery, strategic pricing, etc.
• Establish operating procedures to standardize pre-meeting preparation, proposals, pricing guardrails and NDA workflow.
• Create reusable enablement assets (starter pitch decks, SOW templates, proposal checklists).
• In partnership with Head of Growth, assess tooling needs for optimizing the growth motion.
• Define and implement SLAs and escalation rules (e.g., NDA turnaround, pricing approvals, deck readiness).
• Instrument KPIs that link process adherence to outcomes (win rate, time-to-proposal, deal velocity) and report monthly.
• Partner with Legal, Finance and Product to operationalize contract/pricing flows and reduce friction.

Growth Operations Manager

Data Engineer

• Design and implement scalable data architectures using AWS cloud services, including data lakes, data warehouses, bulk data ingestion, and transaction processing.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and other cross-functional teams, to comprehend data requirements and align data models with business needs for optimal data utilization.
• Assemble large, complex data sets that meet functional business requirements.
• Support the development and implementation of ETL processes to ingest, clean, and transform data from various sources into our application data platforms.
• Identify, design, and implement internal process improvements to automate manual processes and optimize data delivery.
• Leverage AWS services, such as AWS Glue, AWS Lambda, AWS Step Functions, Redshift, Aurora, Amazon S3, MWAA-Airflow to build and optimize data workflows and process pipelines.
• Administer AWS databases effectively, within Amazon RDS, RedShift, Aurora, and PostgreSQL.
• Stay current with AWS services and recommend suitable tools for specific data engineering tasks.
• Monitor and optimize data pipelines and data storage for performance, cost, and reliability.
• Implement caching mechanisms and data partitioning strategies to enhance query efficiency and reduce data processing times.
• Develop and support the internal applications using Python, SQL, and Stored Procedures.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship within the Data Engineering team, fostering collaboration and innovation.
