About the role
- Responsible for marketing data analysis to identify market trends
- Develop deep, actionable insights that inform marketing strategy and optimize campaign performance
- Conduct complex quantitative and qualitative analyses on marketing performance data
- Analyze user data to map end-to-end customer journeys
- Partner with Marketing teams to define and prioritize impactful A/B testing hypotheses
- Collaborate with Marketing and BI teams for marketing forecasting and budget planning
- Monitor the competitive landscape and conduct analyses on marketing strategies
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in a Growth Analyst, Marketing Analyst, Business Intelligence, or Insights role
- Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics, including CPA, LTV, ROI, conversion rates, email metrics, and web analytics.
- Experience with Google Analytics, SQL, data visualization tools (Lookerstudio, Domo)
- Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills
- Strong project management and leadership skills
- Collaborative team player with attention to detail
