About the role

  • Responsible for marketing data analysis to identify market trends
  • Develop deep, actionable insights that inform marketing strategy and optimize campaign performance
  • Conduct complex quantitative and qualitative analyses on marketing performance data
  • Analyze user data to map end-to-end customer journeys
  • Partner with Marketing teams to define and prioritize impactful A/B testing hypotheses
  • Collaborate with Marketing and BI teams for marketing forecasting and budget planning
  • Monitor the competitive landscape and conduct analyses on marketing strategies

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in a Growth Analyst, Marketing Analyst, Business Intelligence, or Insights role
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics, including CPA, LTV, ROI, conversion rates, email metrics, and web analytics.
  • Experience with Google Analytics, SQL, data visualization tools (Lookerstudio, Domo)
  • Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills
  • Strong project management and leadership skills
  • Collaborative team player with attention to detail
