About the role

  • Identify, pursue, engage, and close direct sales opportunities across the UK.
  • Build and manage a robust pipeline with accurate forecasting (using MEDDPICC).
  • Deliver against ARR, logo capture, and customer engagement targets.
  • Prospect proactively to create self-generated opportunities alongside inbound leads.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Technical Support.
  • Represent Everway at events and exhibitions.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and analyse KPIs to track progress.

Requirements

  • 3+ years’ experience in a sales role
  • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Proven ability to prospect, generate pipeline, and win new business.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience using Salesforce or another CRM; proficiency with Google Suite/MS Office.
  • Strong planning and organisational skills with ability to manage multiple opportunities at pace.
  • Familiarity with structured sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC (training can be provided).
