About the role

  • Build and execute Evertune’s outbound prospecting strategy from the ground up
  • Identify and prioritize upper-tier mid-market and enterprise brands, agencies, and holding companies using revenue and employee count thresholds
  • Develop targeted account lists using internal data insights, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Clay, and other enrichment tools
  • Execute high-volume, high-quality outbound across email, LinkedIn, and phone
  • Book qualified meetings that convert into real pipeline opportunities for Account Executives
  • Conduct initial qualification conversations to ensure alignment on company size, marketing maturity, and potential fit
  • Continuously test messaging, sequences, and targeting to improve meeting quality and conversion rates
  • Partner closely with AEs to align on target accounts, feedback loops, and opportunity quality
  • Maintain clean CRM hygiene and accurate tracking of outreach, meetings booked, and qualification outcomes
  • Bring ideas for tooling, automation, and process improvements as we formalize the outbound engine
  • Represent Evertune with professionalism, credibility, and strong market knowledge in every interaction

Requirements

  • 3+ years of B2B SaaS outbound experience, ideally selling into mid-market and/or enterprise
  • Experience as a founding BDR or senior / lead BDR with ownership over outbound strategy
  • Proven track record of consistently booking qualified meetings that convert to pipeline
  • Experience using Hubspot and LinkedIn Sales Navigator or other modern outbound tooling (e.g., Clay, sequencing platforms, enrichment tools)
  • Strong research and account planning skills – able to personalize outreach beyond generic templates
  • Comfort initiating conversations with VP and C-level marketing, growth, and digital leaders
  • Highly self-directed and comfortable building structure where little exists
  • Strong written communication skills and the ability to craft compelling outbound messaging
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced startup environment with high expectations and a bias toward action
  • Based in the NYC area and available to work in-office 3x per week at our Flatiron location
