• Support the execution and advancement of Bagel Brands’ real estate development pipeline, including site identification, trade area analysis, deal tracking, reporting, and coordination across multiple stages of the development lifecycle.
• Partner closely with internal stakeholders and external brokers, landlords, and developers to support new store growth initiatives and ensure timely progression of development projects.
• Research and analyze existing and prospective trade areas utilizing demographic tools and market data.
• Conduct site visits, market tours, and property evaluations with brokers and company leadership.
• Track and manage development workflows, schedules, and milestone dates.

Real Estate Manager – Central Region

• Provide incredible guest service
• Develop personal ongoing relationships with guests
• Anticipate guest needs and proactively solve opportunities

• Responsible for the end-to-end development of new Caribou Coffee locations
• Own the full lifecycle of each assigned project including market strategy, site selection, deal negotiation, entitlements, design coordination, construction execution, and operational handoff
• Partner with cross functional teams, facilitating the smooth execution of real estate development projects
• Manage assigned territory market strategy and strategic growth plan
• Lead site searches, recommendations, and selections for new or repositioned Caribou locations

Store Development Manager

• Develop General Managers (and Area Managers) who exceed guest expectations, grow sales and maximize profit.
• Ensure all stores are adequately staffed with quality Shift Leaders, and where applicable, Assistant General Managers.
• Manage the district Profit and Loss (P&L), including General and Administration.
• Offer timely and thoughtful feedback and support to team members.
• Coordinate all activities associated with timely new store openings.
