About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop General Managers (and Area Managers) who exceed guest expectations, grow sales and maximize profit.
Ensure all stores are adequately staffed with quality Shift Leaders, and where applicable, Assistant General Managers.
Manage the district Profit and Loss (P&L), including General and Administration.
Offer timely and thoughtful feedback and support to team members.
Coordinate all activities associated with timely new store openings.

Requirements

What you’ll need

At least 3-4 years of restaurant or retail multi-unit management experience.
High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
Basic computer knowledge.
Experience analyzing financial reports (Profit and Loss, Income Statement, etc.).
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including early hours as 3am depending on the bakery, some nights, weekends and some holidays.
