About the role
- Drive residential customer engagement in new and existing programs.
- Identify technologies that support energy-saving solutions for customers.
- Provide project/program management services for residential customers’ electric and natural gas energy efficiency projects.
- Review and approve moderately complex projects/programs.
- Manage the integration of activities between the customer, program administrators, advisory consultants, and vendor/contractors.
- Develop documents and plans necessary to meet compliance with regulatory filings and oversight of customer funded Energy Efficiency programs.
- Facilitate achievement of energy efficiency goals by promoting demand-reduction initiatives to assigned customers/customer segments.
Requirements
- Requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering or an energy efficiency related discipline or equivalent relevant experience.
- One (1) plus year(s) of relevant experience in technical marketing, project management, engineering, or energy efficiency.
- Ability to interpret energy efficiency / renewable technologies and services and understand their application.
- Solid understanding of financial principals.
- Ability to use PC desktop applications (e.g., Microsoft Word and Excel).
- Salesforce experience is a plus.
- Analytical and detail-oriented mindset with problem-solving skills.
