About the role
- Process and audit payrolls across Europe
- Partner with local HR to facilitate the collection and processing of documentation
- Partner with payroll vendor(s) for timely and compliant filing for statutory reporting
- Act as the main point of contact for all employees’ payroll-related inquiries
- Support Corporate Headquarters with research on local laws and customs
- Proactively identify and drive opportunities for improvement
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Accounting, HR, or job-related field
- 3+ years Payroll experience, preferably with multiple European countries
- Proficient in statutory requirements, including, but not limited to: social insurance, tax, work rules, and statutory reporting
- Business-level command of English (both spoken and written)
- Ability to execute tasks and meet critical deadlines
- Superior customer service delivery when communicating with employees
- High level of attention to detail and meticulous follow-through
- Proficiency with payroll software
