About the role
- Contribute to the successful implementation of new software systems by transferring data from existing client reports into the Inspect Point software database.
- Ensure accurate and efficient data migration with strong attention to detail.
- Organize and manage data in a structured manner to facilitate seamless integration into the new system.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve issues related to data transfer and software functionality.
- Verify and validate transferred data to ensure its integrity and accuracy within the new system.
- Maintain the confidentiality and security of all client and company data during the transfer process.
- Track progress and provide regular updates on the status of the data migration.
- Perform other administrative tasks related to software implementation as required.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a post-secondary program (business administration or a related field preferred).
- Fluency in French is required; proficiency in English is preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Ability to perform data transfers with strong attention to detail while ensuring data accuracy.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
