About the role
- Manage and maintain our HubSpot CRM, including fields, objects, workflows, automations, and integrations
- Create and optimize reports, and dashboards to drive visibility and performance
- Clean and maintain data quality across our systems
- Serve as the go-to resource for the sales team across all sales tools - answering questions, troubleshooting issues, providing training, and ensuring everyone can work efficiently with our tech stack
- Use Clay to build and enrich prospect lists, clean and validate lead data, and seamlessly upload into our CRM
- Collaborate with sales leadership to identify process improvements and implement solutions
Requirements
- 3+ years in a hands-on HubSpot administration role, or experience working at a HubSpot agency
- Deep knowledge of HubSpot's Sales Hub, workflows, and automation capabilities
- Strong technical aptitude with CRM systems and sales tools
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills, very comfortable multi-tasking
- Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
- Experience with data management, analysis, and reporting
- Comfortable leading complex projects and working autonomously in multiple systems
