Requirements
15+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, including leading People Operations, Total Rewards, and HR Business Partner teams in a global, remote-first environment.
Proven success designing and scaling compensation, benefits, and HR operations programs for a 2,000+ employee software or technology company.
Strong executive presence with the ability to advise and influence senior leaders and drive enterprise-wide strategy.
Demonstrated experience leading, developing, and inspiring high-performing, distributed teams.
Expertise in HR best practices, compensation, benefits, employment law, compliance, HR technology, and workforce analytics.
