About the role

Requirements

  • Proven success as an Account Executive (or similar), consistently hitting targets in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Experience selling software and payments solutions, with a strong grasp of value-based selling.
  • Track record selling to SMB and micro-SMB customers.
  • Sharp commercial instincts with the ability to spot, shape and close growth opportunities.
  • Confident, compelling communicator.
  • High ownership mindset with relentless drive and accountability.
  • Fast learner who adapts quickly and thrives in new or ambiguous situations.
  • Empathetic listener who uncovers real customer needs and builds trust.
