About the role
- Own, drive and close the full sales cycle end to end.

Requirements
- Proven success as an Account Executive (or similar), consistently hitting targets in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Experience selling software and payments solutions, with a strong grasp of value-based selling.
- Track record selling to SMB and micro-SMB customers.
- Sharp commercial instincts with the ability to spot, shape and close growth opportunities.
- Confident, compelling communicator.
- High ownership mindset with relentless drive and accountability.
- Fast learner who adapts quickly and thrives in new or ambiguous situations.
- Empathetic listener who uncovers real customer needs and builds trust.
- Team-first, collaborative operator who shows up for others and celebrates shared wins.
