About the role
- Deploy and integrate Public Warning solutions (Cell Broadcast & Location-Based SMS)
- Configure and maintain software in Linux production environments
- Work with Mobile Network Operators (MNOs), customers, and project teams
- Perform system configuration, testing, upgrades, and troubleshooting
- Create technical documentation and deliver customer training
- Support global deployments (travel required)
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Telecommunications, or similar
- 3–5 years’ experience in Linux administration and production systems
- Strong knowledge of IP networking, VPNs, and security principles
- Experience with cloud, containers, and automation (AWS/Azure, Kubernetes, Ansible, Terraform, etc.)
- Coding experience (Python, Go, Bash or similar)
- Experience working directly with customers
- Fluent English (additional languages a plus)
