About the role
- Oversee the end-to-end process for payroll, taxes and managing the annual audit.
- Oversee accurate data entry and timely processing of invoices.
- Manage payroll accountant and senior accountant.
- Help lead and identify ways to leverage our software suite to automate manual tasks and increase efficiency.
- Partner with teams across the company to ensure spend is tracked correctly and deadlines are met.
- Maintain a high bar for accuracy, ensuring that all financial records are audit-ready.
Requirements
- 5 years of related accounting experience including payroll and exposure to international financial operations, foreign subsidiaries, or cross-border transactions preferred
- 1-2 years minimum management experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business Administration.
- You are comfortable navigating modern financial software and pick up new tools quickly.
- You want to understand the "why" behind the numbers and grow into a more senior finance professional.
- You take pride in the quality of your work and meet deadlines without reminders.
