About the role
- Develop a comprehensive partnership strategy targeting high-value referral sources and strategic collaborators relevant to personal injury law.
- Identify, recruit, and nurture relationships with legal networks, vendor partners, associations, bar groups, educational platforms, and industry influencers.
- Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for partners, representing EvenUp’s brand, mission, and value proposition.
- Drive net new business by structuring referral programs, incentivized alliances, and partner-led acquisition initiatives.
- Define KPIs and revenue targets for the partner channel; forecast and report performance against goals.
- Collaborate with Sales and RevOps to ensure high-quality lead flow, seamless handoff, and conversion tracking.
- Lead planning and execution of partner-centric events including conferences, workshops, and CLEs; roundtables, dinners, and other in-person networking; webinars and digital educational series.
- Work with Marketing to launch co-branded campaigns, content, and thought leadership that drive visibility and pipeline.
- Develop partner enablement playbooks, training, and resources to ensure partners can effectively communicate EvenUp’s value to their audiences.
- Monitor partner satisfaction and engagement; iterate programs based on performance data and qualitative feedback.
- Partner closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Product to elevate partner feedback into actionable insight and improve partner outcomes.
- Ensure consistent messaging and alignment between partner channels and broader company GTM strategy.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or channel sales — ideally in legal tech, SaaS, or enterprise software.
- Demonstrated success in scaling referral and partner programs that generate measurable revenue.
- Deep relationship building and networking skills with an ability to engage executive-level partners.
- Strong project management and event planning capabilities.
- Excellent communicator, able to articulate complex value propositions clearly and persuasively.
- Experience working with or selling into personal injury law firms or legal services.
- Familiarity with the legal tech ecosystem, bar associations, referral networks, and conference circuits.
- History of partnering with professional associations or referral communities.
- Experience with CRM and partner management / PRM tools.
