About the role
- Own the end-to-end process for vendor management, credit card reconciliations, and employee reimbursements.
- Ensure accurate data entry and timely processing of invoices and collections.
- Identify ways to leverage our software suite to automate manual tasks and increase efficiency.
- Partner with teams across the company to ensure spend is tracked correctly and deadlines are met.
- Maintain a high bar for accuracy, ensuring that all financial records are audit-ready.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of related experience accounting (AP/AR accounting focused preferred).
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business Administration.
- You are comfortable navigating modern financial software and pick up new tools quickly.
- You want to understand the "why" behind the numbers and grow into a more senior finance professional.
- Attention to Detail: You take pride in the quality of your work and meet deadlines without reminders.
