About the role
- Create and edit engaging how-to videos, guides, and interactive exercises for our help site and online learning platform.
- Collaborate with product experts to capture new features and turn them into clear, useful content.
- Work alongside our Support team to reduce tickets by improving and updating resources.
- Gradually become a Subject Matter Expert in the EventsAir platform.
- Deliver webinars to customers in Australasia, Europe, and the Americas.
- Keep our documentation fresh, consistent, and user-friendly.
- Deliver webinars and present content to customers; help reduce support load through education.
- Participate in a collaborative, global Customer Education Team
Requirements
- Mid-level experience (minimum experience stated as Mid-level)
- Proven track record in online documentation, education development and video production
- Video editing skills (Adobe Premiere, or similar)
- Ability to write clear, concise, and user-friendly software guides
- Curious about AI tools —but also knows that great writing doesn’t rely on them
- Pays exceptional attention to detail (e.g., notices typos in menus)
- Experience presenting content or webinars on camera (bonus)
- Experience in the event management industry or SaaS platforms (bonus)
- Worked with Learning Management Systems (we use HowToo) (bonus)
- Willingness to work outside of normal hours where required for webinar hosting (roughly every second month to cover UK and US customers)
