About the role
- As a Power Platform Engineer, you will partner with business users, stakeholders, and subject matter experts to identify operational needs and translate them into secure, scalable, and user-friendly solutions.
- You will design and build applications, workflows, dashboards, and data models using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse to streamline processes, improve reporting, and integrate with existing CMS systems and third-party services.
- You will manage the full solution lifecycle—from gathering requirements and creating functional designs to development, testing, deployment, and user adoption—ensuring all solutions meet Federal accessibility, security, and compliance standards.
- In collaboration with other engineers, you will also support more complex integrations and maintain a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.
